Mark Pasha F.I.C.S.
Mark was at sea for six years with Shell Tankers and Sealion Shipping prior to becoming a shipbroker with Stewart Offshore in 1989. He joined Kennedy Marr in 2004 and specialised in the chartering and sale and purchase of offshore construction and support vessels.
He was appointed a Director of the Kennedy Marr's London office in July 2009 and promoted to Managing Director of the Kennedy Marr Group in May 2014 before leaving to form Pasha Offshore in May 2020.
He has a Marine Class III Certificate and is an Examiner and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (FICS).

Sean Bate F.I.C.S.
Sean Bate has been a Market Analyst and Chartered Shipbroker in the industry for almost 15 years. He covers the global offshore support vessel industry and produces valuations, specialist reports and presentations for major ship owners, oil companies and investors.
Sean has a strong market intelligence background having previously worked for some of the biggest names in international shipbroking being based out of Aberdeen, Norway and London covering the offshore subsea and specialist vessel markets.
He was also editor of the specialist monthly Subsea publication The Aquanaut. Sean is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and has also provided material for the Institute’s Offshore textbook.
Over the years he has acted as the exclusive broker for numerous clients and transacted significant sale & purchase deals across various sectors as well as supporting international financial and legal institutions and was previously appointed as one of the exclusive brokers to the Supreme Court of Singapore's valuation panel.
